Irritation

I don't know why i get irritated mainly during the times when things are not happening as per my wish. Or is it due to the reason that during my bad times when events are happening against me without any contribution of mine into that and in those times, those which are under my control also get away from me.
During those times, even a fly on my bed get me irritated or even when someone enters the room with wet sleepers makes me irritated. Overall, there is no reason to be irritated but still because of past incidents, i get irritated.
But when i look into this thing, i realized that i get irritated not because during that time period, i wasn't thinking about my future or how to manage or working to correct my mistakes in the future. Rather, i was looking into tiny things like my room cleanliness, physical hygiene and thinking about my failure into the last few activities.
When you are foreseen and be reactive to that, there ain't be any reason to be irritated.

Be Creative, Be engaged

After every Internship or after every hectic schedule of more than one months, I used to plan to do nothing and just enjoy and watch movies for the next couple of weeks or months. And I did so, this time too. But every time, only after few days I used to fed up of this living style. Is that due to my previous lifestyle, where I used to be more involved in work or studies or anything else; that has made me like this. I never understood that till this time.
We just can't live one type of life or time table for long that hasn't any creative or productive work/assignment at all. Creative task in any field either it's in sports or studies or real life or any other thing that keeps our brain running generally make us comfortable. And this is that part which i was lacking in the last few plans that i had planned. And creativity itself leads to "assimilation" and it's this only that makes us feel productive in our day to day life, where normally we feel unproductive for most of the times when we are doing routine work or just wasting time.

Why be an Entrepreneur....

These days while at internship at Delhi, I used to visit every other mall in the town. And on my way inside the mall, seeing the buying behavior of people or consumption by them usually made me think, 'Why medium class people still used to visit mall like a tourist place'. And then I think, 'Isn't it possible to reduce the economic gap between the rich classes and the middle classes'. And an obvious answer comes to my mind and i.e 'It's education only that can bring this disparity down'.
And then one day, while passing through the Eros tower of Nehru place which is office ground for most of the merchant banks of Delhi like I  do pass that every other day; but on that day I thought after being educated even from the best institutes of the country, these middle class educated youths join these banks because of attractive perks and salaries. But what they are doing there. Most of the times they are managing the wealth of the rich people. Those rich people who in-spite of not being that much educated or intellectually smart but have the presence of large sum which are leftover by their parents or grand-parents either in form of land, kind or cash.
And through wealth management these best minds from middle class families further increase their wealth, through trading multiplying their worth number of times and in return getting only a fraction of that.
And then I realized the importance of Entrepreneurship in life of an middle class youth. It's only through this you can come at par to those ultra high net worth individuals as it not only give the equal return as per your effort but also it's the only way of rising at the fastest path with best ever exposure you can get anywhere in any other field. But the only thing you have to has is risk taking capability and be foresighted.

To say  "Hardships today is tomorrow's Luxury".

innocent love

Aah! Just feeling delighted this time as I am going to write about love or say first love. First love which usually happens in childhood and happens just in one go. No one notices or care about the future of that love, they just want to live in their present. At that moment, everything seems so cheerful and bright and lovely and caring. They make promises and a lot happens over those promises.
But in the meantime, they forget the difficulties lying ahead either in the form of regionalism, socialism or casteism. They have not been told of all these in their childhood to consider all these before liking someone. But still it's his/her fault and its him/her who has been told to comprise. May be that's why it is innocent where we don't know that this will lead us to sacrifice, where heart jt pund with a glimpse of him/her. But the brain never see the future problems in the vicinity.
But as we grow more our love seems to be more mature as per others because this time we have taken consideration of same those castes, regions, religions and status.
But this love is more mature even though it is restricted and that innocent love is childish as per others and it is free soul like nature. If such innocent love is regarded "childhood attraction" and childish by the world. Then , to hell with the world.

Start-Up

Every now and then million of startups come into existence in thoughts and ideas. Most of us just want to start a firm or company just on the basis of an idea and for us the main thing that matters is that idea and how to sell that idea and earn profits as per that.
But you know, only few to very few survives this bloody competition and ground reality. And as per me, the most obvious reason is that we never make plans on ground research data or surveys. We rarely look towards the small details of an idea, but it's those small details that led to fail of start-up. Like for a start-up in environmental consulting, if we just clicked with an idea of that with more consciousness towards environment, there has already been ready made market. And specially for college graduates or with little experience we ought to start in that field about which we can easily gather the info and case studies and all. Rarely does we, in India think from level zero to analyze the basic needs or demands.
Also one of the major problem that i realize personally at my end is the hesitation to do "any sort of work" for the start-up. Specially the college graduates from reputed institutes, before making the start-up into a profitable company they have to fulfill their desires of luxurious car and other amenities along with developing a habit of sitting inside a chamber and behaving like a CXOs. Also the operational part is the most difficult one in Indian scenarios because of such a variety in culture and lingo, which rarely make the working staffs comfortable among themselves.
As per me, from my experience of working in an start-up at its nascent stage as well as its growing stage, I personally feel that ground level thinking with attitude of working any job in the interest of start-up along with managing people that relates to operational and HR management of the firm are sufficient for start-up to thrive in addition to so called "business model".

Another journey....

I don't know why, but every time i travel in train, I feel like writing blogs. May be this is because I am free to think and nothing else to do in train. Or may be because it's at the train I can see and analyze a lot many number of people from different class of society or from different cultures and having different behavior.
This time I am thinking and making an analogy between the life and train class.
While travelling inside an AC compartment, we are limited to the artificial environment of one compartment. We do able to see the outside world but with a tinted glass that prevent us from the actual climate and odour outside in the real world. Also we are surrounded by the people who are remained limited to that sort of environment and aloofness from outside world. But still they are the executive class of the society who have the largest say in the policy making as well as in the execution of the policies. This is what happens in real world also.

Next comes the sleeper class, where you are exposed to the actual climate and odour of the real world. You are surrounded by the lower middle class of society and exposed to their discussions which are related to either the actual problems at the ground level or how caste system and other favoritism is still prevalent in Indian politics and societal affairs. There a lot different types solutions come into existence but very little of them have a say in policy making or execution part.

I don't understand one thing, How one sitting inside an AC room with all the facilities available can make the best policy for those working in scorching sun with worst working condition one can think of. At least they should spend a day with them or seeing them working before making any judgement on the policies for them.

That corner room is mine

Knock Knock....Ahh! not again yaar. Every evening whenever i tried to sleep, there would intermittent knocking at the door. It's not because I am very popular or most sought after but the problem is that my room is at the corner of the so-called squared LakeView hostel and is nearest to mess or the nearest exit point for my wingies. For everyone, it's just a one time or twice a day but for me I don't know how many times. Everyone knocks during dinner time, but this doesn't mean that everyone is desiring to dine with me; it's just because my room is at the corner and I can't do a thing against this. But there is at-least a benefit for me where I am the closest to the mess or the exit point. And never get late to class because that single knock in the morning by atleast a one make my day.
But all these above experiences make me realizing the fact that may be one way or other, whenever we are hurting someone even for once but it may be that he/she is being hurt by many others. And if under that circumstances, he/she reacts against you; you should not confront back but instead try to solve his problem by listening to him. In normal day to day life, what i feel is that we are trying to take benefits from others or knowingly or unknowingly hurting someone. Here, I am not saying not to take benefits but atleast not using them just for our good. It may be possible that someone is frustrated just because of its position or location etc. But there are also benefits associated with that and we just have to realize the benefits and manage the ill-effects.
